Privacy Shred was founded by a local entrepreneur who saw a gap in the market: most shredding companies were either large national chains with impersonal service, or small operations without proper certification. Neither option gave local businesses the confidence they needed.
We set out to build something different — a locally owned company with the certifications and processes of a national provider, but the accountability and personal service of a neighbor. Every customer gets a direct line to our team, not a call center.
